Meet the Owner

Mark Hayes runs Crawl Space Repair Heroes from its base at 3121 N Pennsylvania Ave in Oklahoma City. He started the company to handle the moisture and foundation problems that come with central Oklahoma weather: humid summers, cold snaps and severe thunderstorms that push water into crawl spaces, plus red clay soil that swells and shrinks under older pier and beam homes across Oklahoma County.

Mark keeps the business owner-operated on purpose. He oversees every project from the Oklahoma City shop, so the person who quotes your job is accountable for how it turns out. The focus is simple: find the real cause, explain it plainly, put the price in writing, and do work you can crawl in and inspect yourself before you pay.
